XJL—300B落錘沖擊試驗機產 品 詳 細 介 紹:

一、落錘沖擊試驗機用途:

   落錘沖擊試驗機用于對塑料管材、板材和制品進行沖擊試驗,以評定這些材料的抗外力沖擊性能。該機控制部分采用數控技術,能數字予置和顯示沖擊高度、自動對零、升錘、落錘、沖擊并能有效地防止二次沖擊。采用雙柱式結構,其結構緊湊、能量損失小、試驗速度快。

二、落錘沖擊試驗機符合標準:

  符合JB/T9389標準要求的落錘沖擊試驗機技術條件,并滿足GB/T5836.1、GB/T10002.1、GB/T1002.3、GB/T13664、GB/T16800、GB/T6112、GB/T14152、ISO 4422、ISO 3127、BS EN 1411、BS EN 744等標準規定的試驗方法的要求。

定義:

真實沖擊率:整批產品進行試驗時,其沖擊破壞總數除以沖擊總數即為真實沖擊率,以百分數表示。

破壞:用肉眼觀察,試樣經沖擊產生裂紋、裂縫或試樣破碎稱為破壞,因落錘沖擊而形成的試樣凹痕或變色則不認為是破壞。

三、落錘沖擊試驗機工作原理:

    落錘沖擊試驗機以規定質量和尺寸的落錘從規定高度沖擊試驗樣品規定的部位,即可測出該批(或連續擠出生產)產品的真實沖擊率。此試驗方法可以通過改變落錘的質量和或改變高度來滿足不同產品的技術要求。TIR最大允許值為10%。

Application of drop hammer impact tester:

The drop hammer impact tester is used to test the impact properties of plastic pipes, sheets and products in order to evaluate the impact resistance of these materials. The control part of the machine adopts numerical control technology, which can digitally preset and display the impact height, automatically zero, lifter, drop hammer, impact and effectively prevent secondary impact. The double-column structure has compact structure, small energy loss and fast test speed.

2. The drop hammer impact testing machine meets the standards:

It meets the requirements of JB/T9389 and the test methods specified in GB/T5836.1, GB/T10002.1, GB/T1002.3, GB/T13664, GB/T16800, GB/T6112, GB/T14152, ISO 4422, ISO 3127, BS EN 1411 and BSEN 744.

Definition:

Real impact rate: When the whole batch of products are tested, the total number of impact damage divided by the total number of impact is the real impact rate, expressed in percentage.

Damage: Observed by naked eyes, cracks or sample breakage caused by impact are called damage, while notches or discolorations caused by drop hammer impact are not considered damage.

3. The working principle of drop hammer impact tester:

The drop hammer impact tester can measure the real impact rate of the batch (or continuous extrusion) products by the drop hammer of specified quality and size from the specified position of the impact test sample at specified height. This test method can meet the technical requirements of different products by changing the quality and height of drop hammer. The maximum allowable value of TIR is 10%.
